Warrior Empire Clan Ranking Structure

Warrior Empire's ranking structure

The ranking system helps organization and gives a reason to want to go further and do better. Rankings are determined by a number of factors, including:

Participation and Activity (this includes the forums)

Personal Valour and Honour

Good Deeds

Dedication

Maturity

Contribution to helping others in the guild

The Emperor

Is the leader of Warrior Empire and oversees all activity. Taking into consideration the opinion of his Chancellor and High Council he has the final say on all decisions and alterations in the clan.

The Emperor, Chancellor and their High Council make up the ruling body of Warrior Empire.

The High Council

The Chancellor

The Chancellor is the Emperors right hand man, he is Warrior Empires second in command and is in charge in the absence of the Emperor.

The Magistrate

Keeps the peace and helps solve internal problems between clan members. Makes sure everyone abides by the laws of Warrior Empire. He/she also posts all the promotions/demotions and gives out warnings/praises on the forums, with the exception of promoting Squires to Knights, that is the duty of The Gatekeeper. The Magistrate's duties also include reviewing and if found necessary, updating Warrior Empire's laws and scheduling and running clan meetings on Battle Net in the clan channel (Op WE)

The Gatekeeper

His duties include having full control over all new recruits (squires) making sure they have read and understood our laws, and have agreed to abide by them. The Gatekeeper will closely monitor their conduct in games/forums and their attitude towards other clan members and the public. If necessary he will give squires, warnings for bad conduct ect. which if ignored will result in removal from the clan. At the end of their probation period (squireship) the Gatekeeper will then either promote them to the title of Knight (full member) or have them removed from the clan if they do not fit in with our community.
The Gatekeeper also has the Guardians under his control, to help him keep up to date with the Squires progress. The Gatekeeper will select members to become Guardians but he must first check with the Emperor and Chancellor before they are given that rank. As they may have other ideas/ranks for these members

The Battlemaster

The Battlemaster is in charge of setting up and running all tournaments and events in Warrior Empire. This includes organizing tournament rules, etc. which will be posted on the forum before any event. He/she will also set up duelling teams for away matches with allied clans. Another duty will be to post a report on the forums after each event, so everyone is kept informed as to how it went, who won etc. Any ideas/requests for clan events, from any rank will be passed onto the Battlemaster to assess and put into action, if he deems it worthwhile. Regarding events with allied clans, the Battlemaster will work closely with the Chief Ambassador or his appointed Diplomat to that particular allied clan.

The Chief Ambassador

Conducts all foreign affairs, sets up and maintains alliances with all external clans/guilds. Once an alliance has been agreed upon by the Emperor, the Chief Ambassador will then select a clan member and the Magistrate will promote him/her to the rank of Diplomat for that particular clan/guild. He will also be the moderator in The Embassy; a forum set up for visiting allied ambassador/diplomats or there elected representatives. There they can post topics and replies regarding important issues to with the alliance.

Elite Ranks

Imperial Guard

These are the protectors of the Empire. They are the clan forum moderators, making sure there is no offensive material posted (they will remove or censor anything they consider distasteful), moving posts to the correct forum, if out of place and generally keeping the forums tidy.

Guardian

Guardians are knowledgeable (skilled in game) members who guide/help all Squires in the ways of Warrior Empire and game play (if they are new to the game) They work closely with the Gatekeeper, passing on all information that will help him decide whether the Squires will Pass or fail their trial period.

Diplomat

For every clan/guild we are allied to, the Chief Ambassador will assign one Diplomat to help him keep relations open. So the number of Diplomats we have all depends on the number of allies we have. He will be expected to register on the allied clans forum and build friendships with their members. Any requests they make to him regarding inter clan events, tournaments etc. Will be passed on to the Chief Ambassador who will work closely with the Battlemaster to organize whatever is necessary to become involved. Then the Diplomat will post a response on the allys forums. If on the other hand, it is our Battlemaster that wants to host an inter clan event, then the Diplomat will contact their assigned ally to pass on invites, information, etc.

Field Ranks

Templar Knight

This is the rank that all Knights aspire to reach. Only dedicated and most skilled of Knights will be promoted to the rank of Templar and a champion of the Empire. The main duty of this rank is to share your skill and knowledge with all ranks. You are also charged with keeping up the morale amongst members.

Knight

Congratulations, to become a Knight you will have passed the one month probation period as a Squire. This in it's self shows commitment to the Empire. The rank of Knight forms the main backbone of the clan and makes you a full and honoured member.

Squire

This is a probationary title all new recruits are given when applying to become members of Warrior Empire. The probation period will last for one month and be closely monitored by the Gatekeeper. Squires are firstly required to read and abide by our rules. Whether they become Knights (full members) is entirely based on the way they conduct themselves both on Battle Net and on the forums (ours and allies). They are required (as are all members) to play an active role on the clan forums as well as on Battle Net.
